This letter is appropriate when a management change has led an employee to resign from a position.
For fourteen years, I have served this company. I have rolled with the punches during industry fluctuations, ill-advised consultant-led cuts, and pay freezes. But I cannot and will not work for a management team that does not respect its frontline employees.
Last week’s incident was the last straw, and I must resign. Management actions toward the warehouse crew were unwarranted, unfair, and downright cruel.
